Sintra - In desperate need of info.

Im going with my daughters for a weekend trip to Lisboa/Lissabon next thirsday.
The reason for going is appearantly shopping, eating, shopping and some sun.
I have an alterior motive of course. I intend to try and sneak away for a day or two and check out the boulders of Sintra.
From what i have seen so far in pictures, they look fantastic.

The problem is info on how to find the boulders.
I have bought the E-guide to Sintra but since it Is in Portugese and its not possible to use google translate on it I think its use is limited to finding the problems but not the boulders themselves.

Ivé also tried some googling but have so far been unable to find enough info to be certain of quickly finding something worthwhile.
I anyone reading, have firsthand info regarding what area to aim for; easy to find, yet good for a day of leisurebouldering please, please share.
Info on websites is also greatly appreciated.
Please help me unless you want to turn the maker of the mug below a liar.
