In order to counter the degenerative effects of ageing we have to force our bodies to adapt to an increasing workload.
In Eriks case this will be done by climbing at least 41 routes of a chosen level or higher in a year.
Ali intends to adapt the system and next year climb at least 34 7a - boulderproblems. The year after that 35 problems et.c..
I think it soynds like a great excuse to get out more and will start today.
Since im 44 i will do at least 44 6c:s or harder in 365 days.
Today I did the Fa of "Muy frio" 6c.
43 to go.
